My advice to President Obama:  Get something passed on Health Care.  Get anything passed and move on!

Ram it through using reconciliation if you have to.  Or cave on the key issues and make the legislation more accommodating to Republicans.  Or call it a day and say you gave it your best shot but the others were the bad guys, that one seemed to work pretty well for Bill Clinton as I recall.  

Unemployment numbers come out on Friday and they are likely to be pretty bad.  Patience for more time being spent on this contentious and time consuming issure uis wearing thin among the American people.  The President and his fellow Democrats need to call their final play and live with the outcome.
